Lets us briefly explain to you the principles of Mechanical research and Design as applied to human hair structure. When you research information regarding African American textured hair and apply that information to engineering design principles, you will find its roots are a tightly coiled structure, this information will determine how the product is designed. If the structure of the same two elements (straight/coiled) are different then the design structure will be different, thusly the Kakakiki KombBrush design . That’s why we make the statement “first comb/brush designed and patented for Black textured hair in five thousand years” because it’s a true statement.

Kakakiki KombBrush - The first comb/brush invented by a Black person for Black people in 5000, (five thousand) years. The Kakakiki KombBrush is designed with a matrix formation of the individual tine-like bristles. Unlike a comb, which has one row of teeth, this brush shaped device can untangle more hair at once. Unlike traditional brushes, the tines are smooth and round so they won't catch and break the many textures of African American hair. This patented design detangles woolly, curly, coarse, kinky,nappy hair, nappy head, thick and wavy hair without excessive pulling and breakage. Also, therapeutic effect is induced which stimulates the scalp. The Kakakiki KombBrush is designed to prepare the hair for styling by detangling while massaging.
